The Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA) will begin processing initial and continuing eligibility for Taylor Opportunity for Students (TOPS) scholarships on June 16, 2016.

The fastest and most efficient way to determine an individual student's eligibility status is to create an account on the LOSFA Student Hub. After you open your account, you may view your information at any time by clicking on the LOSFA Student Hub button on the LOSFA's home page and entering your user ID and password.

If students have questions after viewing their Student Hub data, the fastest way to receive a response is by Emailing custserv@la.gov.

After TOPS eligibility is determined, students will receive an Email notification directing them to their Student Hub account for award details, eligibility letters and any other important information.

It is also recommended that students and parents "like" LOSFA on Facebook and "follow" LOSFA on Twitter for regular TOPS processing updates.

Funding for TOPS is contingent upon appropriations by the legislature. Eligibility for a TOPS Award does not guarantee that your award will be fully funded.
