We regret that through oversight the Louisiana technical colleges were not included in the original mailing list for receipt of the November 17, 1998 TOPS bulletin "Additional information Regarding Billing Procedures".   The mailing list has now been updated so that technical colleges may be kept aware of all TOPS related information and requirements.
