To assure that your Scholarship and Grant Policy and Procedure Manual remains current, please record this document on your TOPS Bulletin index and retain it with your manual.

The following provisions apply to 1997 and 1998 high school graduates who wish to qualify for the TOPS :

Students with two years of foreign language may utilize the second unit of foreign language as a substitute for fine arts survey or computer literacy.

A one-time extension of the deadline for completing the ACT Test to the national test date scheduled in October, 1998 for those students who failed to take the test prior to their high school graduation date.
