To assure that your Scholarship
and Grant Policy and Procedure Manual remains current, please record this
document on your TOPS Bulletin index and retain it with your manual.
We request that high school administrators assist us in expediting the review of official high school academic transcripts of TOPS applicants by ensuring that the transcripts that you forward to LOSFA have been signed by the Director of Secondary Education to reflect that the transcript has been accepted by the State Department of Education as the student’s official academic record.
