To assure that your Scholarship and Grant Policy and Procedure Manual remains current, please record this document on your TOPS Bulletin index and retain it with your manual.

In order to accommodate institutional office schedules for the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays, the TOPS computer processing schedule will be modified as follows:

1.        Due to the Thanksgiving and Acadian Day holidays on Thursday and Friday, November 25 and 26, the weekly processing cycle for TOPS
           has been moved up to Wednesday, November 24, 1999. The results will be posted to the Master Roster via file transfer protocol (FTP) on Monday, November 29,
           1999.

2.        The final TOPS processing cycle for the 1999 calendar year will occur on Friday, December 30, 1999. Results of this run will be available Monday, January 3, 2000.

3.        No TOPS billing or grade report FTP files will be accepted from 12:00 noon, December 22, 1999, until 8:00 a.m., Monday, January 3, 2000. Any files transmitted 
           during this period should be re-transmitted subsequent to January 3, 2000. This is to prevent any overlay of files that will not be processed due to closures.

4.        The OSFA home page will be offline from 8:00 a.m., Friday, December 31, 1999, until 8:00 a.m., Monday, January 3, 2000.

5.        All OSFA systems will be unavailable to institutions from 8:00 a.m., Friday, December 31, 1999, until 7:45 a.m., Monday, January 3, 2000.
