To assure that your Scholarship and Grant Policy and Procedure Manual remains current, please record this document on your TOPS Bulletin index and retain it with your manual.

Louisiana Technical College campuses are reminded that TOPS students who accept the TOPS-Tech award (including TOPS - Opportunity, Performance and Honors level recipients who opted for the TECH award) are required to maintain continuous enrollment once they enroll, including summer term attendance.
