On July 25, 2000 we issued an LPB regarding required lender and servicer due diligence measures. Methods of contact for the Office of the Ombudsman were listed. Item number 2, the Toll Free Telephone Number, was listed incorrectly, and should have been listed as 1-877-557-2575. We have corrected the website version of the LPB. Please correct your copy of the bulletin and any notices that you have created with the ombudsman contact information. We regret any inconvenience that this may have caused.
