To assure that your Scholarship and Grant Policy and Procedure Manual remains current, please record this document on your TOPS Bulletin index and retain it with your manual.
The Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA) requests that at the conclusion of the Spring semester or term 1999, each institution forward the TOPS ACADEMIC YEAR GRADE REPORT to LOSFA for all students who received TOPS funding during the 1998-1999 Award Year. File format and definitions are attached.
The TOPS ACADEMIC YEAR GRADE REPORT will be accepted by LOSFA beginning 5/24/99, as TPYGR01 plus the user ID.
