Fall Academic Information Reporting Reminder and Holiday Processing

To assure that your Scholarship and Grant Program Rules remain current, please record this document on your TOPS Bulletin index and retain it with your manual.

Each school is requested to designate a person in the financial aid office to be responsible for reviewing the TOPS Academic Information Files prior to their submission. This will ensure that the submission of your academic information at the conclusion of each term/semester meets the file definitions as explained in TOPS Bulletin T2002-13 and T2002-14. Because of the errors that have been encountered with prior submissions, we are suggesting a proactive approach for more effective and efficient processing. Things to check for include correct term/year, inclusion of remedial coursework, no decimals reported in quality points and no withdrawals reported in hours attempted.

The TOPS weekly run will not occur on Thursday, December 25, 2003. It will resume on Thursday, January 1, 2004. Process codes will be current on the January 2, 2004 Master Roster, and reflect all updates that occurred since the last run on December 19, 2003.
