LOSFAs automated voice response system, LISA, will be unavailable all day next Tuesday, May 25, 1999 for the scheduled expansion to a new 48 line system. On that date only, calls using the agencys two main telephone lines (800-259-5626 and 225-381-7262) can not be completed. Callers who know the extension of the person to whom they wish to speak may continue to dial direct without interruption.
Callers are encouraged to use the number 225-922-1012 to reach a Customer Services Representative and to have their calls routed to the appropriate contact.
