To assure that your Common Manual remains current, please record this document on your LPM/LPB index and retain it in Appendix E of your manual.

In response to schools’ request for timely services, the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) and its servicing partner, USA Group Guarantee Services Inc. (Guarantee Services), jointly announce a change in school contacts for certain loan services.

Effective immediately, for service on loans guaranteed by OSFA and disbursed by Guarantee Services, including requests for cancellations, reinstatements, changes in loan amounts or disbursement dates, schools should contact the following representatives at Guarantee Services:
