Click here for a list of schools that will be processed on the date in the banner above.

Students who have created an account on the LOSFA Student Hub will be able to log on to their account and see their eligibility status by early next week. With more than 10,000 records to be processed in this first eligibility run of the year, it will take 4 to 5 days for all Student Hub accounts to be populated.

Email eligibility notifications with links to student awardee Rights and Responsibilities and PDFs of Award Letters will go out seven to ten days after eligibility is determined.

You MUST register at the LOSFA Student Hub to be able to open your account and to access your award information. Simply click here to visit the Student Hub and create your online account. After you open your account, you may view your information at any time by clicking on the Student Hub button on LOSFA's home page and entering your user ID and password.

If students have questions after viewing their Student Hub data, the fastest way to receive a response is by Emailing custserv@la.gov.

After TOPS eligibility is determined, students will receive an Email notification directing them to their Student Hub account for award details, eligibility letters and any other important information.

It is also recommended that students and parents "like" LOSFA on Facebook and "follow" LOSFA on Twitter for regular TOPS processing updates.
