In order to be considered for any LOSFA Financial Aid Programs, including TOPS then you must enter the appropriate code listed above when you complete your ACT or SAT registration!

Attention! When you register to take the ACT or SAT, they request but do not require that you provide your Social Security Number. Also, when you actually take the exam the person administering the test may instruct you not to include your social security number on your test form.

Please be advised that if you do NOT provide your Social Security Number it can cause a delay in the determination of your eligibility for the TOPS scholarship and other financial aid programs.
